Since the 18th century, my family of winegrowers has lovingly worked the terroir of Château LE SENS.
These are plots on well-exposed slopes in the geographical area of the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux cultivated according to the specifications of organic farming (Ecocert).
Eight generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other here and passed on their know-how to me, which I sometimes do not hesitate to question.
Over time, an exceptional grape variety of low-growing vines has been formed, with a majority of older vines. This is what sets us apart from the majority of our colleagues.
Malbec and Muscadelle, for example, are still cultivated here. The oldest vines are 70 years old and allow for very high-quality blends. These wines, the best vintages, are stored for around ten years in a specially dedicated cellar before ending up on your festive table.
