The bottles remain stored away from light, lying down in a cellar protected from major temperature changes.

A natural deposit remains possible in bottles over time (tartaric and coloring matter), it is the sign that the wine is a living product.


If this is the case, do not hesitate to decant it gently into another container, taking care to leave the bottle upright for 10 minutes before doing so.


I use 225-litre French oak barrels made in Martillac in Gironde by Tonnellerie Bordelaise to age part of the red wine.

Sulfites are always present naturally in the alcoholic fermentation of grapes and therefore in all wines, but we add a little to preserve optimal quality.


Clarification of wines here remains a long process which takes at least two years before bottling except for TRUC ROSE.

There is no addition of sugars (chaptalization), nor tannins, nor wood chips...

Viticulture side

I work with modern means 6 ha of vines in so-called organic agriculture (since 2019) on a farm of 18 ha (forests, fallow land, meadows).


The red grape varieties are Merlot Noir (75%), Malbec (5%), Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) and Cabernet Franc (5%).


In white to date it is 100% Muscadelle (old 75 year old vine).


The site is also home to Le Mouton Vert, which practices viti-pastoralism with two herds: sheep and goats. It's very effective, so don't hesitate to come and take a look.


The vines are located at the place called "Sens" in the commune of Saint Caprais de Bordeaux and at the place called "Côte de Margoton" in the commune of Tabanac.

The terroir, well exposed and close to the Garonne, is clay-limestone, there may also be gravel in places, often on the top of the slopes.
